A good diet is an excellent way to help improve your health and greatly augments any treatment plan. Food can be used as medicine and can taste great.

Generic diet plans are not as effective as those tailored to the individual, leading to the most effective results for more than just physical wel-lbeing: mental acuity, emotional balance, deeper restful sleep, greater energy reserves, and more.
